Ashley Phillips Promoted to Director of Planning and Development

Her ability to work effectively with local governments, developers, consultants, and legal teams has made her an invaluable resource on complex development matters.

In her new role, Ashley will work alongside Johnson Pope’s Real Estate and Land Use attorneys to help guide clients through every stage of the development process, from initial planning and entitlement strategy to zoning approvals, permitting, and project completion. Her expanded responsibilities will further strengthen the comprehensive services available to clients.
